THE CHALLENGE
Modernizing aging plant infrastructure without disrupting daily production targets. New process piping, panelboards, ventilation upgrades, and equipment connections had to be installed around active lines, tight maintenance windows, and strict safety procedures.
OUR APPROACH
Northgrid mapped the plant by production zone, prioritized weekend shutdown work, and prefabricated piping sections off-site to reduce field duration. Electrical and mechanical teams coordinated daily with plant supervisors to keep critical areas accessible.
RESULTS
The upgraded systems improved serviceability and reduced maintenance conflicts across the production floor. All planned shutdowns were completed within approved windows, allowing the facility to maintain production commitments during construction.
