Our story
A contractor built around the work that can't go down.
Northgrid was founded by tradespeople who'd spent their careers on mission-critical sites and were tired of watching schedules slip on handoffs between separate subs. The answer was to self-perform the critical trades under one roof — electrical, mechanical, controls, and the disciplines around them — so one accountable team owns the outcome.
Today we're employee-owned and working across four regions, from hyperscale data center campuses to hospitals and energy infrastructure. The model hasn't changed: prefab-driven delivery, a safety record we protect daily, and crews who treat uptime like it's their own.
