OUR APPROACH
Northgrid used its prefab program aggressively — fabricating and testing switchgear lineups and chilled-water distribution skids in its Dallas facility while site civil and structural work was still in progress.
RESULTS
Substantial completion was achieved on the 7-month schedule. The tenant’s IT equipment was on-site within 72 hours of final commissioning acceptance, and the build earned a repeat engagement for Phase II.
